The Role

The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will manage a varied and complex caseload, including:

  • Property & Affairs matters
  • Health & Welfare applications
  • Deputyship applications and supervision
  • Ongoing management of deputyship files
  • Advising families, carers, and professional deputies
  • Working closely with case managers, counsel, social workers, medical professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
