The Role

  • Manage your own varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Advise a broad client base including healthcare providers, local authorities, public sector organisations and other major institutional clients.
  • Handle acquisitions, disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, regeneration schemes and strategic asset management work.
  • Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions.
  • Play an active role in developing long-term client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with specialists across wider Real Estate and Property Litigation teams on multidisciplinary matters.
  • You
  • Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial real estate experience.
  • Previous healthcare property experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
