You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long‐term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services.

- What you'll bring
- A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
- Senior financial leadership experience in a contract‐driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts.
- A collaborative, values‐driven approach aligned with public‐service ethos.
- Experience working with public‐sector clients - ideally the NHS.
- Demonstrates and champions Vital Services and BWC NHSFT values - ambitious, brave, compassionate.
- Operates with integrity, transparency, and commercial discipline.
