Employment Barrister - Birmingham – This is a rare opportunity for a Barrister with 2–5 years' post-call experience to step into a role offering high-quality advocacy work, excellent client exposure, and genuine work-life balance, while remaining focused on what you enjoy most: advocacy, strategy and advisory work.

JOB TITLE: Employment Barrister PQE: 2-5 years call LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £Dependent on experience THE ROLE: Working as part of one the most reputable teams, you will be joining the employment team supporting a diverse client base spanning commercial organisation, healthcare providers, educational institutions and public sector bodies.

On offer with this role is a broad mix of Employment Tribunal advocacy, strategic input on complex employment matters as well as advisory work.

You will receive a steady flow of high-quality instructions from the established employment team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

You will become involved in matters from the outset, helping to shape case strategy, draft pleadings and advisory documents, and represent clients at preliminary and final hearings across the Employment Tribunal system.

  • 2–5 years' post-call experience.
  • Employment Tribunal advocacy experience.
