A well-established, CQS-accredited law firm with an outstanding local reputation is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

The Role
You will manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, with the autonomy to run files independently while benefiting from excellent secretarial and administrative support. Matters will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Lease extensions
- Matrimonial conveyancing
- New build property transactions
- Title investigations and complex property matters
This role offers direct client contact and the opportunity to build strong relationships with local referrers, estate agents and repeat private clients.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates with:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), FCILEX, or Legal Executive status
- 3+ years' PQE/equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Experience using case management systems
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A commercial and proactive approach to business development and relationship management
