ReachTV is the largest airport television network, serving over 2400 gates and more than 950 venues across 90 commercial airports, and streaming into over 500,000 hotel rooms across North America. ReachTV is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Programming Researcher with a strong understanding of UK and international media to help source, schedule, and manage engaging content across our global OTT networks. This hybrid role blends research, content curation, and scheduling support to help expand and enrich our programming lineup across airports and public-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify compelling UK and international video content across platforms and providers suitable for ReachTV’s audience and public environments.
  • Scout for new partnership opportunities and content licensing deals.
  • Support the programming team in scheduling content and advertising assets across multiple OTT networks using ReachTV's proprietary scheduling platform.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining local programming schedules for select markets.
  • Review incoming content to ensure compliance with technical specifications and public appropriateness.
  • Perform quality control checks on all video content and captioning files.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery and publishing of content.
  • Support live event coverage, including some weekend or evening work as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in content research, media programming, or digital media distribution.
  • Familiarity with global media markets, particularly the UK and international content trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary scheduling systems.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours for special events.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in OTT, broadcast, or digital media environments.
