Reachout is an award-winning, multi-artform, member-led charity providing inclusive and accessible creative opportunities across Forth Valley.

For over 33 years, we have partnered with education, employability, health and wellbeing services to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused projects that meet local needs and achieve measurable results.

Our Quality & Ambition and Equality & Diversity Plans underpin an inclusive culture where everyone is supported to create ambitious, high-quality work.

We are committed to identifying and removing the social, emotional, physical, and structural barriers that can prevent people from accessing, participating in and thriving through the arts.

Professional artists co-design and deliver programmes for children, young people and adults facing long term, multiple and complex challenges.

Through the arts, we raise aspirations, reduce inequalities, support recovery, strengthen wellbeing and resilience, and foster social connection.

Our wider work creates pathways into volunteering, further education, and employment, while helping address the causes and impacts of deprivation.

Co-production is central to our approach.

Participants help identify barriers, shape activities, and develop creative solutions that reflect their needs and experiences.

By placing local people at the heart of decision-making, we build confidence, self-awareness and wellbeing, empowering individuals to contribute positively to their communities and create lasting change.
