We’re recruiting for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team in London. Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role within our organisation, forming part of the Income and Partnerships Team. We are looking for an ambitious and autonomous fundraiser to develop, deliver and grow our long‑term corporate partnerships programme in London, Manchester and new locations in line with our strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Secure new corporate partnerships and account manage existing ones to contribute to ReachOut’s core mission of transforming outcomes for young people constrained by circumstance, while helping companies achieve their Corporate Social Responsibility goals.
  • Deliver and grow the long‑term corporate partnerships programme across London, Manchester and additional locations, supporting the organisation’s strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Enhanced criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service; the organisation will cover the cost and guide you through the process.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding policies, responsible for ensuring understanding and compliance within the organisation.
  • Experience and ambition to secure and manage corporate partnerships.

Working Hours

37.5 hours a week – flexible hours around a general 9:00‑17:30 working pattern, including some evening/weekend work attending events.

Location

Hybrid working, flex days in ReachOut’s co‑working London office.
