Trusted by many of the most recognized names in technology and SaaS, Reachdesk integrates effortlessly with your marketing, sales, and HRIS tech stack and is powered by a world-class team with hubs in New York, London, and Lisbon.
We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join our Business Systems & Operations team.
The Role
This is a role for someone energised by the connections between how the business sells, how it serves customers, how it runs operationally and makes money, and who wants to use AI to make those connections faster and clearer than ever. Every function at Reachdesk sees a different slice of the company. You'll be the person who sits across all of them, using available data and reporting outputs from relevant systems, helping leaders apply consistent commercial and operational definitions when interpreting business performance, and helping leaders see the picture none of them could have produced alone.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations to understand the decisions they're each trying to make.
- Work with available data from commercial, finance and operational systems to produce insights that connect different views of the business.
- Use AI to compress synthesis from days into hours, and to keep our framing of key metrics consistent across functions.
- Tell the story behind the numbers in a way that lands with whoever's in the room, commercial, financial or operational.
- Create lightweight summaries and repeatable insight outputs so teams can keep answering their own follow-on questions.
- Experiment with AI-assisted insight workflows, prompt patterns, evals and lightweight automations, and share what works across the team.
About You
- 2–4 years in an analyst, insights, strategy or consulting role with exposure to more than one function.
- Fluency in at least two of: commercial (revenue, retention, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics, FP&A), operational (throughput, fulfilment, cycle time).
- A genuine AI-native working style; you already use LLMs as a core part of how you think, and you're excited to keep pushing.
- Strong written and verbal storytelling; you can adapt your framing for a CRO, a CFO or a Head of Operations without missing a beat.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL is useful but not essential.
Preferred Expertise
- B2B SaaS background.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or the corporate gifting and direct mail space.
- Light experience with experiment design, attribution, pricing or operational throughput modeling.
Why Join Us
- A team that genuinely treats AI as a leverage tool, not a buzzword.
- The closest thing in the company to a true cross-functional vantage point; you'll see how every part of Reachdesk fits together.
- You’ll work alongside a small, senior Business Systems & Operations team focused on strategic, cross-functional work.
The Benefits
- Competitive salary with generous stock options.
- Pension with employer contributions (NEST).
- Affordable Private Medical Insurance, including mental health support and fast access to care.
- Flexible PTO that increases the longer you’re with us, plus extra flexibility for life’s unexpected moments.
- A genuinely collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and ambitious people.
