Aerodrome Primary Academy is seeking a dynamic, inspirational senior leader to drive our school forward and make a real difference to the lives of our children. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in educational leadership, experience leading highly effective teams, and a passion for delivering an exceptional educational offer for every child.
Our school was one of the first inspected under the new Ofsted framework (Nov 2025), achieving “Expected” overall and “Strong” in Inclusion and Personal Development. We are a proud, diverse community in South Croydon with strong values and a commitment to excellence.
As our next Headteacher, you will:
