Role Overview
The role of Assistant Headteacher requires working with the Headship Team and the Senior Leadership Team to lead a Phase group and manage a specific area of whole‑school responsibility/Ofsted area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Phase group as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Take responsibility for a specific area of whole‑school responsibility or Ofsted area.
- Lead and manage curriculum planning, implementation, assessment and recording.
- Influence quality of teaching and learning and support the development of effective classroom practice.
- Maintain a high standard of leadership and create an engaging learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven, highly successful teaching experience.
