Reach Subsea is looking for a Senior Inspection Coordinator to lead and assure the delivery of our most complex subsea inspection campaigns.
In this hybrid position, you will combine office-based technical preparation and oversight with offshore and/or remote execution across a diverse project portfolio.
As Senior Inspection Coordinator, you serve as the technical authority for inspection delivery. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and assuring the execution of inspection activities across both conventional vessel operations and Reach Remote missions. You will mentor inspection personnel, support project teams, and work closely with clients to ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and Reach Subsea procedures.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Planning & Preparation
- Lead complex, multi-asset/multi-location inspection campaigns; define strategy with clients.
- Develop/review methodologies, schedules, procedures, and risk assessments.
Execution & Coordination
- Act as technical authority; guide Inspection Coordinators and Inspection Engineers.
- Coordinate with ROV teams, vessel crews, Remote Operations Centres (ROC), and project management.
- Ensure scopes, acceptance criteria, and techniques are correctly applied and consistently executed.
Quality & Delivery Assurance
- Oversee quality, eventing standards, anomaly classification, and data integrity.
- Review, validate, and approve inspection data, findings, and final deliverables; manage technical follow-up with clients.
Support & Development
- Provide technical input to tendering (methodology and risk) when required.
- Mentor junior personnel; drive standardisation, lessons learned, and alignment with digital inspection/reporting solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in subsea inspection and ROV-based inspection campaigns.
- CSWIP 3.3U / 3.4U certification.
- Strong technical understanding of subsea infrastructure and inspection techniques.
- Experience in both offshore and remote inspection operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, interface with clients, and manage inspection delivery on complex projects.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
