As Reach Subsea continues to grow, we are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical expertise, contribute to robust engineering practices, and gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of project execution - from tendering and planning through to offshore operations.

As a Graduate Engineer at Reach Subsea, you’ll be supported through a structured development journey that combines on-the-job learning with a tailored training programme. You’ll be guided by experienced mentors as you build your capabilities and contribute to delivering high-quality, consistent engineering. At Reach Subsea, our vision is to provide sustainable access to ocean space. To carry out this vision, we work across many subsea sectors including the traditional energy sector, decommissioning, renewables, carbon capture and emerging technologies. We focus on reducing our reliance on traditional fuel oil consumption by utilising cutting edge technologies such as Reach Remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with engineering process, promoting consistency across projects.
  • Work towards writing method statements, task plans, procedures, and other documentation as required by the workscope, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project standards.
  • Start to identify engineering services required – in-house or third party – to successfully deliver the workscope.
  • Ensure that lessons learned are captured continuously (both individual and project).
  • Begin to develop commercial awareness of engineering products and services.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, Project Manager, Offshore Manager, and Shift Supervisors, to build experience of offshore operations.

Key Qualifications

  • BSC or higher degree within Subsea/Mechanical/Marine/Naval Engineering.

Our services are delivered through a fleet of vessels, supported by offices in Norway, Sweden, the UK, the US, Brazil, Trinidad, Australia and Singapore. We currently employ close to 500 people across both offshore and onshore locations.
