About the role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading IT service delivery across a cluster of schools
  • Line managing and developing IT technicians
  • Acting as the primary IT contact for academy leadership
  • Providing second line technical support and escalation
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, security and GDPR
  • Supporting projects such as upgrades, rollouts and migrations
  • Promoting best practice, consistency and customer service

About the Trust
