As Senior Sports Producer, you’ll devise and execute the content strategy for our All Out sports brands, including All Out Football in partnership with Skybet. You’ll own the roadmap, oversee the weekly studio show and social engine, while keeping the bigger picture in mind to ensure the channel moves forward with pace and purpose. You will continually analyse output and performance, pivoting content to maximise growth and commercial impact. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll lead a team of producers and social producers at Reach Studio, shaping a slate that drives engagement and wins sponsorship in a competitive sports landscape.

Hybrid role: 3 days per week at our Canary Wharf Hub.

  • Devise and execute the content strategy for All Out Football, All Out Rugby League and All Out Fighting.
  • Oversee the weekly production cycle, lead a core team of Producers, Social Producer and Channel Manager, continually analyse output, optimise workflows, manage budgets, negotiate talent fees, and work on commercial partnerships.
  • You’ll embed best practice across teams and use data to refine content formats and titles.

The ideal candidate is a video‑first sports content expert who can drive the growth of our video brands with strategic prowess and watertight management. You are commercially aware and experienced in creating successful content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a proven track record of producing and directing shoots with high‑profile talent. You thrive under pressure in fast‑paced environments and demonstrate initiative, problem‑solving and creativity. With exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you can work both independently and collaboratively within a team. You excel in content strategy, scripting, ideation, and confidently pitch ideas to clients, embracing short turnaround times with a positive attitude.
