About this role

This is a hybrid role based three days per week in our Canary Wharf hub. This role is perfect for a football loving Social Video Producer. Here at Reach, you’ll be responsible for producing social first, digital and branded content for All Out Football, our dedicated YouTube and Social Media brand for all things top notch football content. You’ll work alongside Senior Producers, Videographers, Editors and Channel Managers to deliver exciting original content & will capture and edit social video tailored to different platforms and audiences.

You will craft copy that reflects the brand’s playful tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity, work to tight deadlines and maintain a high frequency of content publication and experimentation on our channels, and you’ll stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral moments to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

What you need to succeed

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. You will be able to truly immerse yourself in the cultural sport conversation, identifying online trends & the latest in sports personalities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a sports channel, or at the very least will be passionate about sports content.

It is essential that you have experience working closely with clients/stakeholders, we are open to agency and brand-side candidates. Experience producing shoots in a studio and out on location is key to be successful in this role, and we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving and creativity on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content, excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice, and creative ideation experience across social channels. You will possess the ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data, and will have excellent knowledge of mobile phone camera technology and proficiency in editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop) is essential.
