About This Role: We're seeking an Agency Business Manager to join our award-winning Reach Studio. We want a first-rate media sales person who can help us win content partnership briefs, drive revenue and enhance our reputation through your market connections and experience.

As Agency Business Manager at Reach Studio, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth, elevate our reputation and raise our profile across the UK media marketplace.
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to increase the number and quality of agency briefs, improve pitch conversion rates, and unlock proactive opportunities, with a focus on accelerating digital revenues.
  • Generate briefs and sell market-leading, reputation-enhancing work by building and nurturing relationships with media agencies and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, profitable solutions and implement commercial media plans that bring standout creative ideas to life.
  • Promote the Reach Solutions Studio externally through meetings, presentations and industry events, upholding Reach's commitment to diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination.

What You Need To Succeed: To succeed in this role you will have an excellent profile in the media industry with influential relationships across agency planning and content teams. You should have strong working knowledge of the branded content marketplace as well as Digital, National and Regional Press media. You'll be skilled at relationship building, capable of developing a strong internal stakeholder network, and able to think commercially to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
