About this role
This position will be hybrid, working two days per week from our Manchester hub and three days a week from home (flexible for the right candidate). We’re looking for an organised and self-starting Project Manager to run national branded content campaigns for Studio. This role offers a diverse range of projects, ranging from original content, sponsorship campaigns, written branded content (print and online) and social campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to support Pride of Britain events, and work with some fantastic clients!
Reporting to the Project Management Lead, you will lead multiple 360 projects from pre-sale to completion, managing P&Ls, timelines, budgets and project implementation plans across the designated portfolio. You will build and strengthen client and agency relationships through strong communication skills, and will develop relationships with external companies and resources such as photographers and production studios. This is a busy and dynamic role, where you’ll truly make a tangible impact within a high achieving and highly rewarding team. You’ll work on the production of internal ad campaigns, working closely with our Design and Events team. Analytics and insights will also play a key part to the role, you’ll analyse project progress, identifying and escalating potential delivery risks in a timely manner, adapting timelines and costs to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully within existing processes.
What you need to succeed
We’re looking for an individual with previous project management experience, ideally gained from an agency, marketing, or publisher background. It is essential that you are highly organised, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. We’re looking for candidates with demonstrable experience building relationships at all levels, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong budgeting skills and numerical literacy are also key, we need individuals with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills. You will be a team player, able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders, and can also work independently using your own initiative.
