About this role
We’re seeking an Agency Business Manager to join our award‑winning Reach Studio. The successful candidate will be a media sales expert with media‑agency relationships who can win content partnership briefs, drive revenue, and enhance Reach’s reputation.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, elevate Reach’s reputation, and raise our profile across the UK media marketplace by developing and implementing a commercial strategy that increases the quantity and quality of agency briefs, improves pitch conversion rates, and unlocks proactive opportunities – with a strong focus on accelerating digital revenues.
- Actively generate briefs and sell market‑leading, reputation‑enhancing work by building and nurturing effective relationships with media agencies and clients; collaborate with teams across the business to deliver integrated, profitable solutions and create and implement commercial media plans that bring standout creative ideas to life.
- Champion Reach Studio externally to ensure a high industry profile through meetings, presentations and industry events, upholding Reach’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and non‑discrimination in all work.
What you need to succeed
- Excellent profile in the media industry with influential relationships across agency planning and content teams.
- Strong working knowledge of the branded content marketplace and Digital, National and Regional Press media.
- Expertise in relationship building, internally and externally, with the ability to think commercially to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
