We’ll help you build a career that works with your life, while giving you the space to create and grow.
About this role
We are seeking an Affiliates Lead to drive our commercial affiliate initiatives and continue our success into 2025 and beyond. You will be responsible for implementing our affiliate strategy across our portfolio, liaising and negotiating directly with current and prospective partners and advertisers.
Working closely with the Editorial Affiliate teams, you will help achieve our commercial goals and continually evolve our strategy to maintain our competitive edge.
Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you will lead your team with a hands-on approach to achieve quarterly and annual targets, shaping and delivering the commercial affiliate strategy in collaboration with Editorial colleagues.
As the key commercial contact for all affiliate matters, you will develop new relationships, proactively create opportunities, and unlock new revenue streams
What you’ll need to succeed:
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a proven background in leading within the affiliate sector, with a strong record of driving revenue and consistently hitting commercial targets. You’re confident negotiating fixed fees, securing market-leading deals, and building direct relationships with key partners such as networks, brands, and retailers.
Your analytical skills enable you to spot growth opportunities and adapt strategies based on data, while your hands-on leadership inspires teams and helps deliver results alongside both Editorial and Commercial colleagues.
Perhaps you’re already doing this for a lifestyle vertical or specialist publisher and are looking to bring your skills to our range of national titles, including the Daily Mirror, Daily Express and Daily Star.
Experience from a publisher perspective is ideal, but we also welcome applicants from affiliate networks, agencies or retailers looking to make the transition into publishing.

We take good care of our people – and that means more than just a pay packet. Whatever your role, you\’ll get a range of benefits. Here are our standard UK & ROI benefits – please check the specifics out for your role when you apply.
We are offering £60,000 – £64,000 per annum + bonus for the right candidate

- Help saving for your retirement – we\’ll match your company pension contributions up to 6% and you can contribute through salary sacrifice.
- Wellbeing support – including a 24/7 assistance programme for you and your family.
- A private healthcare cash plan – giving you money back for a range of medical expenses and fast access to doctor\’s appointments.
- Bonus scheme – you\’ll get a stake in our success and a chance to add to your annual earnings.
- Access to lots of discounts – including with Reach\’s very own online marketplace, Yimbly, where you can buy everything from homewares to beauty products.
