About this role
Working pattern: Home & Hub (3 days in our Manchester hub, 2 days from home).
We’re looking for a dynamic Sports Video Editor to join our Studio team. You’ll craft standout original, social, vodcast and branded content around sport, think match‑day highlights, behind‑the‑scenes access, athlete features that boost audience engagement and open up new revenue opportunities.
You’ll edit high‑quality content across commercial, editorial, social and marketing briefs, delivering on time and on budget. You’ll shape compelling narratives from long‑form rushes and turn them into punchy social cut‑downs that drive audiences to YouTube.
You can deliver slick animation and motion graphics in After Effects and Photoshop, colour‑correct and grade to broadcast and platform standards, and source music, mix and master audio for polished multi‑layered edits.
What you’ll need to succeed
You bring solid, hands-on experience from a production company, post‑house, agency, publisher or brand.
You’re an Adobe native advanced in Premiere with confident After Effects and Photoshop comfortable colour‑grading in Premiere and mixing/mastering audio to a high standard.
Your reel proves social and YouTube‑first storytelling and optimisation. You stay calm under pressure, solve problems creatively, and keep a can‑do mindset while running multiple projects end‑to‑end and hitting tight deadlines, including fast‑turn news moments.
You communicate clearly, collaborate smoothly, manage your time brilliantly, and are equally at home in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
