We are seeking a Social & Community Channel Manager to join the Reach Studio team, overseeing channel management and video publishing across social platforms for Reach’s new brand, All Out Football. This role involves contributing to the creative direction, defining the tone of the channel, and managing content strategies with a focus on data and engaging thumbnails.
Reach Studio, launched last year, combines editorial and commercial talent, producing multimedia content for audiences and advertising partners. Our team includes video producers, videographers, editors, designers, and strategists. We have launched various content including podcasts, social media channels, and exclusive interviews.
This is a hybrid position based at our Canary Wharf office, requiring presence three days a week, with flexibility for major events.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and scheduling video content on social and YouTube
- Developing content plans with senior team members
- Creating thumbnails, writing headlines, descriptions, and tags to maximize reach
- Monitoring video performance
- Overseeing YouTube management tasks such as playlists, copyright issues, community management, and brand consistency
The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing social channels, especially YouTube, with a track record of growing viewership and revenue through data-driven decisions. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and video asset development is essential. Experience with social media management for brands or creators, along with excellent writing and communication skills, is required. You should be skilled in using analytics to inform content strategies and collaborate effectively with teams like Design, Editorial, and Strategy.
