About Reach
Hello, we’re Reach. Every day, our trusted news, stories and content connect with millions of people where they live – whether that’s on their social feed or at their neighbourhood newsstand; through their local community or their take on the hot topic of the day.
We’re home to more than 120 brands – from household names like the Mirror, Express, Daily Star and Daily Record, to local titles like MyLondon, BelfastLive, and the Manchester Evening News, and brands making a splash in the US like the Irish Star. We’re Britain and Ireland’s largest commercial news publisher, reaching around 70% of the UK online population, 10% of the US online population, and over 100 million social followers worldwide.
About this role
This is a hybrid role working once per week from our Canary Wharf hub (Tuesdays) and the rest of the week from home with flexibility to come in more often if you’d like to.
Curious about advertising but not sure where to begin? Or fancy a pivot into something fast paced and creative? Join our Partnerships team and get hands on with real campaigns that reach millions.
We’re looking for a detail driven, proactive Partnerships Ops Executive to join our Partnerships team in London. You’ll be the engine room behind our digital campaigns — setting things up, keeping them tidy and making sure everything goes live without a hitch.
Day to day, you’ll jump on inbound requests, keep bookings and trackers in shape, build clear reports, and handle trafficking so campaigns run smoothly. You’ll assist in the delivery of digital campaign execution across campaigns such as Yimbly.com, OK! Beauty Box, Mirror Bingo and others. You’ll work closely with colleagues to spot issues early, keep delivery on pace and turn performance data into simple, useful updates. In short, you’ll help the team hit productivity goals, drive engagement, and strengthen our relationships with audiences, while learning about advertising, data and project management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests, manage bookings and trackers, and support trafficking to ensure campaigns go live smoothly.
- Assist in the delivery of digital campaign execution across various campaigns.
- Provide clear reports and turn performance data into actionable updates.
- Collaborate with teammates to identify issues early and maintain delivery timelines.
What you need to succeed
You don’t need a background in advertising or publishing to shine here, though it’s a nice bonus. You should be comfortable with spreadsheets and generally tech‑savvy, as there’s a good amount of admin and organisation in the day‑to‑day.
You’re detail obsessed, results driven and a real team player, ready to jump on ad hoc tasks and keep multiple deadlines on track. Experience with digital reporting tools is a bonus but not essential. We’ll provide full training and plenty of support.
How we’ll look after you
We’re offering up to £27,000 + bonus DOE. We take good care of our people with a range of benefits, including:
- 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), plus additional days after 3, 5 and 10 years of service. A scheme to buy extra holiday is available.
- An extra day’s paid leave each year to volunteer for a cause close to your community or heart.
- Big moment day — an extra paid leave for moments like marriage, moving house or welcoming a new family member (human or furry).
- Bonus scheme — a stake in our success and potential to increase earnings.
- Company pension contributions matched up to 6% via salary sacrifice.
- Progressive policies to support families and carers, with information available on request.
- Healthcare cash plan for medical expenses and fast access to doctor’s appointments.
- Car lease scheme with salary sacrifice for electric or hybrid cars.
- Wellbeing support, including 24/7 assistance for you and family.
- Discounts through Reach’s marketplace, Yimbly.
- Interest-free loans for season tickets and technology.
