We are looking for a Content Editor to join the Marketing team at Reach Work – part of Reach Plc, the UK’s largest national and regional news publisher.

ReachWork is a portfolio of specialist job sites GAAPweb.com (Finance & Accountancy), TotallyLegal.com (Legal) and SecsInTheCity.co.uk (PA/Business Support).

You’ll be responsible for optimising job adverts across our sites, working closely with our commercial teams to ensure strong results for clients, as well as writing career content for our blogs, managing our partnerships and sharing content across our social channels.

As a part of the Marketing team, you’ll be the voice of the brands and your role will be focused on both B2B (employers & recruiters) and B2C (job seeker) audiences.

Job Description

Join us as a Content Editor and shape the voice of our brands. In this dynamic role, you\’ll optimise job adverts across our platforms, ensuring top results for clients while crafting engaging career content for our blogs. You\’ll cater to both B2B and B2C audiences by refining job descriptions to boost visibility and response rates.

Your responsibilities include researching and writing market-specific career articles, managing social media content, including video creation, and collaborating with partners on commissioned content and event promotions. You\’ll work closely with our SEO consultant to enhance organic traffic through best practices and maintain a collaborative relationship with commercial teams to ensure client success.

You will own the tone of voice for each brand and act as a gatekeeper for all written content on the ReachWork sites.

We’d love you to work flexibly, and this role is mainly home-based with a few days each month based from our Canary Wharf head office. Our team works a 9 day fortnight, with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in content editing, content marketing or copywriting, with experience of writing a variety of content – from social media posts and on-site messaging, through to white papers and long form articles.

You will have an understanding of SEO best practice and experience of optimising content for search engines.
