Restructuring Associate Director – Reading, UK
The Company
Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Restructuring Assistant Director to its Reading, UK office.
The Role
- Managing cases of various size and complexity
- Liaising with stakeholders both pre and post appointment
- Business reviews for corporates and lenders
- Supporting clients with business plans, short term cash flow planning and restructure
- Developing alternative options and contingency planning
- Managing and developing exit strategies and options
- Implementing closure programmes and AMA processes
- Internal support and technical input into multi-disciplinary team
- Managing and supporting team members
- Supporting the wider growth of the Advisory department
The Candidate
- Ideally qualified JIEB/ CPI/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent
