Role: Field Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham – Field Based
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £26,000.00 per annum + 10% performance bonus, plus company vehicle, fuel card & tech provided.

We're recruiting Field Sales Executives to represent Heineken, one of the world's most iconic brands, across grocery and convenience stores. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who's keen to learn, develop and grow with a global brand. No two days are the same — you'll be out in the field, building relationships, learning how retail works, and making a real impact in store.
What you'll be doing:
- Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers in your territory.
- Build positive relationships with store managers and teams.
- Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure products are available, visible and merchandised correctly.
- Learn how to spot sales opportunities and improve in-store performance.
- Represent Acosta & Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism.
What we're looking for:
