ROLE PROFILE
Take charge of all aspects of administration and document control for the HSQE Team. Compile databases for KPI recording and document control systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Update the Company Document control system for the HSQE Team on our system, VISION.
- Timesheet administration including any analysis requirements for the production of company KPIs.
- Collecting and collating statistical information, including but not limited to, Incident & Action Management, Inspections & Audits and Job Site Safety Plan (JSSP) Management.
- Assisting with the organising of new starter inductions.
- Accurate collation and maintenance of records.
- Assisting in preparing material for monthly reports to both internal and external stakeholders including the production of any KPI information required by the HSQE Team.
- Manage the requisition of HSQE procurement through our finance system, COINS.
- Using Excel spreadsheets to track requisite information and ensure it is compliant.
- Ensure all hard and soft copy information is tracked and filed accordingly.
- Assist operations in compiling HSQE Job Packs and relevant project information.
- Assisting to effectively maintain Records Management and Registers for the UK Operations.
- All administration related to Health and Safety.
- Use of Health and Safety management system.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
- Demonstrable experience and competencies in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Able to adapt to new applications.
- Be able to work with limited supervision and from their own initiative.
- Good communication skills.
DESIRED
- Have an interest in Health and Safety and an understanding of application within the construction industry.
- Have some experience working within an administrative capacity with HSEQ.
