The Role

You will primarily cover customer sites across the UK (company van provided for work travel), with rare opportunities for international travel. Emergency call-outs may be required outside normal hours (on a rota basis).

What We Are Looking For

  • Enthusiastic and adaptable individual with a strong willingness to learn
  • Based in the Midlands with your own transport for commuting to our Hinckley office
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Basic technical aptitude – no prior experience required, as we will provide comprehensive training
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas for this role).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on skills and potential)
  • Full training and ongoing development under experienced technicians
  • Company van for customer visits, mobile phone, laptop, and tools
  • Opportunity to grow within a supportive team in a global company
  • Varied role with travel and hands-on technical work
