We are expanding our service team and looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in technical field service β full in-house training provided!
The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring their REA JET equipment runs smoothly. You will work closely with a senior technician who will mentor and train you on all aspects of our technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and commissioning equipment at customer sites
- Providing on-site servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Delivering customer training on hardware, software, consumables, and best practices
- Supporting customers via phone, email, remote access, or in-person visits
- Managing project timelines and expectations during installations
- Occasional workshop duties, including equipment inspections and print sample creation
- Contributing to strategic customer care through scheduled service visits
You will primarily cover customer sites across the UK (company van provided for work travel), with rare opportunities for international travel. Emergency call-outs may be required outside normal hours (on a rota basis).

- Based in the Midlands with your own transport for commuting to our Hinckley office
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Basic technical aptitude β no prior experience required, as we will provide comprehensive training
