Role
Property Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in our Belfast Office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service to tenants and property owners alike.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship: build and maintain a good working relationship with our landlord clients, helping them achieve their property investment goals
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with regulations.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and monitor repairs, maintenance, working closely with contractors and service providers.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties meet legal and safety standards, including gas safety, fire regulations, and landlord obligations
- Property Checks: carrying out routine inspections alongside inventories at start of tenancies, and end of tenancy inspections and managing the end of tenancy process
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in property management or some understanding of rentals will be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of property legislation, leasing, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communicator and enjoy working as part of a team
- Well organised and a good time manager
- Good IT skills
- Clean UK Driving License and ideally own transport
