The Re7 team combines backgrounds in investment management, data science, and crypto-native ecosystems.

We are now hiring a Client Service Associate to join our investor relations and sales enablement function. This role is central to supporting capital formation, investor servicing, and internal coordination across sales, marketing, compliance, and operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the firm is well-prepared and responsive across all investor interactions and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement & Investor Pipeline Support
  • Ensure sales and investor relations teams have a clear view of the investor pipeline and relevant touchpoints
  • Monitor key investor accounts for renewals, upcoming opportunities, and strategic interactions
  • Coordinate investor events including webinars, roadshows, and calls
  • Prepare detailed briefing notes for meetings with prospective and existing investors
  • Maintain and tailor promotional materials for specific audiences, geographies, and events
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure all materials are current and approved

Investor Communications & Support

  • Respond to inbound investor queries, including those related to performance, reports, subscriptions, and redemptions
  • Distribute monthly investor reports, factsheets, and marketing updates
  • Maintain and update investor data room content and access
  • Coordinate responses to DDQs, RFPs, and operational due diligence requests
  • Track inbound investor interest and help organise appropriate follow-up

Fund & Product Coordination

  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, fund administrators, and operations to support new product and fund launches
  • Track the progress of fund documentation and support investor queries related to launches
  • Market Intelligence & Research
  • Stay up to date with crypto industry trends, relevant regulatory developments, and capital markets activity
  • Track competitor positioning, fundraising efforts, and investor engagement tactics to help benchmark Re7

  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or fund distribution (crypto or traditional finance)
  • Familiarity with fund structures, investor communications, and operational due diligence
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • High integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong client-first mindset
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and operations
  • Interest in digital assets and a willingness to develop subject matter expertise in crypto
