An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the team and ongoing success of a luxury Build to Rent development in London. Our client is a leading and rapidly growing player within the BTR sector, with an impressive pipeline of high-quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a luxury scheme and play a key part in shaping resident experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and ownership of overall FM and maintenance across the property
- Budget ownership and financial performance management
- Ensuring compliance across all regulatory
- Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice
- Overseeing rectification works during the defects period
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Build to Rent sector at management level
- Proven experience delivering FM services within the residential sector
- Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance and hard FM services
- Confident team leader with the ability to drive performance and engagement
