We are working with a prestigious West End landlord with an exceptional portfolio of listed buildings, primarily office with a select retail element, to appoint a Commercial Leasing Manager. This is a senior, high-profile role offering full responsibility for leasing strategy and execution across the portfolio. You will work closely with asset management, investment and external advisers to drive income, shape tenant mix, and protect long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all office and retail leasing activity across the portfolio
- Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies
- Manage agent relationships and oversee marketing campaigns
- Conduct negotiations on heads of terms and agreements for lease
- Advise on rental tone, incentives, and market positioning
- Support asset management initiatives including refurbishments and re-gears
- Provide detailed market intelligence and reporting to senior stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial leasing, ideally within the Central London / West End market
- Strong track record of letting character office space within Central London
- Confident negotiator with excellent market knowledge
