Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + 10% bonus

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days a week - Monday - Sunday

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding service across all touchpoints.
  • Sales & Leasing: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from property tours to contract signings, ensuring occupancy targets are met.
  • Resident Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Site Management Support: Collaborate with the on-site management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement, events, and outreach to attract prospective tenants.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with leasing and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within property, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Build-to-Rent operations or residential leasing is an advantage but not essential.
