Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding service across all touchpoints.
- Sales & Leasing: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from property tours to contract signings, ensuring occupancy targets are met.
- Resident Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Site Management Support: Collaborate with the on-site management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Marketing & Outreach: Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement, events, and outreach to attract prospective tenants.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with leasing and regulatory standards.

- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within property, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
