We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing property portfolio focused on high-quality accommodation for working professionals and key workers.

Working pattern: 1 day per week from home.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, lettings‑focused role where you’ll manage the full tenancy lifecycle — from generating demand and conducting viewings to securing lets and maintaining strong tenant relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy, rental growth, and overall portfolio performance.

  • Own lettings performance from enquiry through to signed tenancy
  • Conduct viewings, follow up leads, and convert enquiries into lets
  • Build new letting channels
  • Develop relationships with agents, HR teams, and partners to drive demand
  • Set and review rents based on market data and performance targets
  • Manage tenant relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Lead tenancy renewals and rental growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation (Right to Rent, deposits, etc.)
  • Maintain CRM records and provide weekly performance reporting

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in residential lettings
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with a data‑driven approach
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
