Property Manager – Student Accommodation
Salary – £32,000 + bonus
PBSA – Student Accommodation
Location: Nottingham
As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our student accommodation facility. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the premises, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and address any concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Housekeeping and Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Perform cleaning duties as needed, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas and student rooms.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs with appropriate staff or contractors.
Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing rental applications, managing room bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety protocols and evacuation procedures.
- Conduct regular checks of fire alarms, extinguishers, and other safety equipment.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among students and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
