We’re partnering with a growing residential operator to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of a UK residential portfolio. Working closely with the Operations Director, this role will act as a senior operational lead across property management, compliance, service delivery and team support, helping drive operational performance across a mixed PRS/BtR portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day portfolio operations across residential assets.
- Act as a senior escalation point for operational, customer and compliance matters.
- Oversee health & safety and statutory compliance across the portfolio.
- Lead operational audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with property management and asset management teams to maintain high service standards.
- Support team performance, workload management and operational consistency.
- Assist with systems implementation and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Proven residential property management experience within PRS, BtR or mixed‑use portfolio.
- Strong operational and compliance knowledge, including H&S and risk management.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with property management systems and compliance platforms.
- Willingness to travel to Birmingham and other UK locations when required.
