We are seeking an exceptional Lead Concierge to join a prestigious, high-end residential development in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality-driven professional to deliver a true 5-star hotel-style service within a luxury residential environment while leading and inspiring an established Front of House team.
The Role
- Deliver a seamless, 5-star concierge service to residents and their guests
- Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team
- Oversee daily operations of the reception and concierge desk
- Handle resident enquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure service standards reflect a luxury hospitality environment
- Build strong relationships with residents, contractors and stakeholders
- Maintain immaculate presentation and operational standards at all times

- Experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality environments
