We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a diverse residential portfolio across the South of the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive H&S professional with strong residential sector experience to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide competent health and safety advice across a residential property portfolio
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Support compliance with current H&S legislation and best practice
- Work closely with property, facilities and contractor teams to drive a positive safety culture
About You
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the residential sector
- NEBOSH qualified (Certificate minimum; Diploma desirable)
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Willing to travel across the South of the UK as required
Salary & Benefits
- £43,000 per annum (pro rata)
- 24 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
- 8 bank holidays
- 3 additional company days for the Christmas closure
