An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the team and ongoing success of a brand new luxury Build to Rent development in Central London. Our client is a leading and rapidly growing player within the BTR sector, with an impressive pipeline of high-quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a flagship scheme and play a key part in shaping resident experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Mobilisation of suppliers, and set up of FM and Maintenance process
  • Budget ownership and financial performance management
  • Ensuring compliance across all regulatory
  • Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice
  • Overseeing rectification works during the defects period

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Build to Rent sector at management level
  • Proven experience delivering FM services within the residential sector
  • Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance and hard FM services
  • Confident team leader with the ability to drive performance and engagement
