We’re looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead operations at a vibrant Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) site in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused manager from the student accommodation, build-to-rent, or hotel sectors who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-led environment and knows how to run a building like a business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, motivate and develop the on-site team
- Deliver an outstanding resident/customer experience
- Oversee lettings performance, occupancy and revenue targets
- Manage budgets, reporting and site compliance
- Ensure the building is safe, well-maintained and fully operational
- Build positive relationships with residents, contractors and stakeholders
- Drive community engagement and resident satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll already be in a management role and comfortable taking ownership of a residential or hospitality-led environment.
- Ideal background: PBSA / Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, Hotel / Hospitality management
