We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a diverse residential portfolio across the South of the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive H&S professional with strong residential sector experience to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide competent health and safety advice across a residential property portfolio
  • Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
  • Support compliance with current H&S legislation and best practice
  • Work closely with property, facilities and contractor teams to drive a positive safety culture

About You

  • Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the residential sector
  • Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Willing to travel across the South of the UK as required

  • 24 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
