Overview
I’m partnering with a residential property operator to recruit a Head of Operations to oversee its national Build to Rent portfolio.
This is an opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take responsibility for portfolio performance, support site teams and deliver a consistently high standard of service for residents.
The role:
- Lead operations across a national portfolio of BTR assets.
- Develop and support property teams, building a culture of accountability and excellent service.
- Oversee operational budgets, expenditure and portfolio performance.
- Maintain high standards across compliance, health and safety, and property presentation.
- Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive improvements across the portfolio.
About you:
You’ll bring senior operational experience within Build to Rent or a closely related residential sector, with a track record of leading teams across multiple sites. Strong commercial awareness, confident stakeholder management and a hands‑on approach to leadership will be key.
