My client, one of the fastest growing build to rent developer/operators in the UK and they are on the lookout for a General Manager manage the day-to-day operations of their new build to rent scheme.
As the Build-to-Rent General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing site operations and day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth functioning of their build-to-rent communities. You will lead an onsite team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our tenants while maintaining the highest standards of property management.
Responsibilities:
- Mobilise Site Operations: Coordinate all aspects of site mobilisation, including staffing, procurement, and operational setup.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the build-to-rent community, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
