Day Concierge – High end residential – Build to rent
Salary: £32,000 + bonus
Rota: 4 days on 4 days off
7am – 7pm

Position Overview:
They are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as the Concierge for their Build to Rent property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents receive the highest level of service and assistance throughout their tenancy. This role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with their tenants and fostering a sense of community within the development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property orientations for new residents and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage maintenance requests efficiently, liaising with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues promptly while keeping residents informed of progress.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist with leasing activities, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Foster a sense of community by organizing resident events, activities, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
