This is a varied role offering responsibility across property management, lettings, customer service and operational delivery.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure a portfolio of residential properties is professionally managed while delivering an exceptional experience for residents.

The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring operational standards remain high while maximising occupancy, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
You'll work closely with internal teams, residents and external partners to deliver a first‑class property management service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operation of a residential property portfolio.
- Support lettings activity, customer service and tenancy management.
- Help deliver rental income and expenditure targets across the portfolio.
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of newly acquired properties.
- Ensure properties are maintained and presented to a consistently high standard.
- Build strong relationships with residents, contractors and external partners.
- Organise annual tenancy changeovers and resident handovers.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and industry regulations.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and digital systems.
- Resolve escalated resident issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and provide insight into local property markets.
About You
- Previous experience within property management, Build‑to‑Rent, HMO, PBSA or a similar residential environment.
- Strong knowledge of residential property management processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
- Good commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with residents and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
