RE-Search London in Greater London is seeking a senior Head of Facilities Management and Building Safety to own our high-rise residential portfolio, ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and drive safe, reliable hard FM services across sites.
You will lead safety governance, liaise with the Building Safety Regulator, develop safety cases, manage external consultants, and mentor site teams while delivering statutory M&E, risk assessments and timely remedial works.
