My client is a leading property management firm specialising in commercial real estate. They manage a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple locations, delivering exceptional service and value to their clients. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Manager to join the dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As the Building Operations Manager you will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the new commercial property. The successful candidate will work to ensure the highest standards of property management are upheld, tenant satisfaction is maintained, and operational goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the mobilisation of the new commercial office building.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.
  • Oversee the hard and soft services.
  • Team recruitment and management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of building systems and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, striving to provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to facilitate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial property management or related field is highly desirable.
