Our client, a growing and well-established business within the packaging industry, based in Toddington, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.
The successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Previous experience within customer service, administration or a similar office-based role
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with spreadsheets and customer/order data
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
In this role, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for:
- Processing and managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving queries
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders progress smoothly
- Maintaining accurate customer records and using Excel to manage, analyse and report on order information
- Using Sage for order processing and general customer administration
- Monitoring deliveries and supporting the resolution of any issues or delays
